Muay Thai every day — mornings, midday, and evenings. Every evening class splits into a beginner group and an experienced group, each with its own coach, so there is a room for you no matter where you start.
Booking: reserve every class through Zen Planner — up to 2 weeks out, cancel at least 30 minutes before. New to Muay Thai? Evening classes split into a dedicated beginner group with its own coach — start anywhere.
Every class opens as one room — a shared warm-up that prepares the body, builds fundamentals, and sets the tone for the session.
The class divides into a beginner-focused group and a more experienced group, each with its own dedicated coach for individualized progression.
Both groups come back together to close — technical sparring, conditioning, or a guided cooldown. Everyone finishes as one gym.
Refine striking on Thai pads, belly pads, mitts, kick shields, and heavy bags — and learn to hold and call combinations yourself. Expect to break a sweat: rounds run 3 to 5 minutes.
The bridge between pads and sparring — realistic scenarios with a live partner, defense fundamentals, and the clinch: the close-range stand-up wrestling that defines Muay Thai. We train it daily; few gyms do.
Not a separate class on the schedule — technical sparring is built into Partner Drill & Clinch sessions for the experienced group: controlled, cooperative rounds emphasizing precision and timing over power.
Hands-only nights: boxing technique, fitness, and conditioning. No prior experience required — every fitness level welcome.
The full art in one session — striking, defense, and partner work, with every drill offered at multiple difficulty tiers so beginners and experienced students train side by side.
Train on your own schedule — full access to the training space, bags, weights, and sauna through all open hours. Drill, condition, or recover between classes.
Sign up for every class via Zen Planner — no drop-ins. Book up to two weeks out and cancel at least 30 minutes before class.
Check in at the front every visit — for security, and so coaches know exactly who is in the room.
Keep the mat clean, return equipment, and be a good training partner. The rules exist to keep this community safe and welcoming. Ego stays at the door.
