Programs

  • Encouraged for all levels, Fundamentals Classes build a solid foundation for members to be introduced to Muay Thai. These classes focus on building basic Muay Thai techniques (punching, kicking, knees, teeps, and clinch) and concepts.

  • Padwork classes focus on refining pad-holding and striking techniques while building confidence in calling combinations. Suitable for all levels, these sessions utilize a variety of Muay Thai equipment, including Thai pads, belly pads, focus mitts, kick shields, and heavy bags, to develop fundamental Muay Thai skills.

  • Aimed at bridging the gap between pad work and sparring, Partner Drills offer a safe and effective way to build sparring skills. These classes simulate realistic sparring scenarios while emphasizing defense fundamentals. Suitable for all levels, partner drills help develop pattern recognition, combinations, and techniques with a live partner.

  • Thai technical sparring is a controlled practice session designed to enhance skills and techniques in a safe environment. It emphasizes precision, timing, and technique rather than intensity and power. Some experience recommended.

  • A quintessential part of Muay Thai. These drills build on the art of clinch. Clinching in Muay Thai is a close-range fighting technique that involves controlling your opponent's head and arms. It's a type of stand-up wrestling that's unique to Muay Thai.

  • This all-level boxing class is designed to accommodate participants of varying skill levels, from beginners to experienced individuals. The class focuses on developing boxing techniques, improving fitness, and enhancing overall conditioning. Participants will have the opportunity to learn fundamental techniques while also challenging themselves with more advanced skills as they progress.

No prior boxing experience is required, and individuals of all fitness levels are welcome to participate.

  • Our Strength Training classes provide evidence-based programs designed for all levels, focusing on building overall body strength. The sessions emphasize key compound lifts, such as deadlifts and squats, with a strong emphasis on safety and long-term sustainability.

  • Conditioning Classes focus on functional movement and athletic performance, emphasizing explosiveness, stability, and endurance. These sessions are designed to accommodate participants of all fitness levels.

  • Our Mobility and Agility classes offer footwork & ladder exercises, reactive agility drills, speed training/conditioning, and functional flexibility exercises. The focus is on movement quality (i.e., speed, accuracy, efficiency, balance, and coordination). These classes are suitable for all levels.
